Sr. Finance Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Finance Manager to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will lead finance operations for a client-facing portfolio, serving as a strategic business advisor to account leadership. The position will oversee financial control, reporting, and team management while helping ensure strong performance across complex real estate engagements. It is well suited to a finance leader who can balance hands-on oversight with forward-looking planning and client service. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $131,750 – $155,000 annually Responsibilities Lead finance functions as a business advisor to the Account Director. Maintain high standards of financial control and internal systems. Manage the finance team and oversee operations. Anticipate client needs for value-adding financial management. Prepare global budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred. 10 years of experience in the real estate industry; 5 years in commercial property management. 5 years of supervisory or equivalent management experience. Strong analytical and mathematical skills; experience with real estate accounting systems such as Yardi. Understanding of SOC1 compliance and internal/external audit functions.
