About the Role
Reporting into the Director of FP&A, the Senior Finance Manager will join a growing FP&A team and take a leadership role supporting Finance Operations and Consolidations. The Senior Finance Manager will support the monthly close and forecast cycles and consolidate all monthly reporting requirements. As part of FP&A, you will partner with team members and act as a resource to facilitate budget and forecasting processes and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Project manage and consolidate the monthly financial presentations for Flash, Close, and Forecast; including monthly maintenance and updates of shared FP&A presentations and templates.
- Build and maintain complex financial models that will drive actionable insights at the executive level.
- Partner closely with Accounting throughout the month-end close process and lead the review of accounting actuals by GL and by department.
- Facilitate annual operating plan process including creating business templates and presentations, updating shared assumptions, consolidating and analyzing financials.
- Support recurring FP&A related audit requests.
- Manage cross-functional initiatives including evaluating, structuring, and executing business objectives and budget/forecast management processes.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and support, including M&A due diligence and integrations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field.
- 12+ years’ experience in FP&A, Accounting, Corporate Finance, or combination.
- Product or R&D finance experience and familiarity with ARR/subscription revenue dynamics.
- Working knowledge of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and how those statements are derived.
- Adaptive Insights or similar cloud-based financial planning system experience.
- Data visualization experience (Tableau, etc.).
- Excellent Excel modeling and Microsoft Office skills.
- Highly organized, efficient, and customer service-oriented with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations.
- Strong time management skills and proven ability to manage multiple projects at a given time.
- Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

Pay
The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $130,000 - $200,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
