Sr Finance / Investor Relations Analyst

About the role

Senior Specialist in Investor Relations will play a key role in executing the investor communications strategy for Missile Solutions ahead of and post Initial Public Offering (IPO).

Responsibilities

• Preparation of quarterly earnings reports, investor presentations, transcripts & materials, and press releases
• Monitor and analyze market trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment
• Coincide and participate in investor meetings, conferences, and non-deal roadshows
• Provide detailed analysis and feedback on investor and analyst reports to senior management
• Manage and update investor relations content on the company website and social media channels
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communications
• Support the execution of the investor relations strategy in line with corporate objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to obtain a U.S. security clearance (typically based on U.S. citizenship and successful completion and disposition of an extensive background investigation)
• Up to 25% travel

• Experience with investor relations and public company disclosures

Benefits

• Base Salary: $110,000 – $115,000
• Flexible Work Schedule: 9 out of every 14 days – totalling 80 hours worked – and have every other Friday off
