Responsibilities
- Partner with procurement team and business CFOs on monthly analysis vs AOP and Prior Year on all raw materials
- Partner with Pricing Leader on Inflation vs Pricing monthly reporting
- Lead raw material standard cost process in collaboration with site controllers
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic initiatives and business decisions
- Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management
- Lead month-end close process, providing commentary on variances to senior management
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance or Accounting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Experience with SAP, HFM, Power BI, and Excel
- Financial analysis experience in a manufacturing or auditing environment
- Experience with raw materials pricing
Pay
The annual base salary for this position is $98,768 - $123,459. This salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice considers various factors when extending an offer, including the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
