The Sr Field Validation Engineer is responsible for conducting field tests on prototype agricultural and off-highway equipment and coordinating field testing activities for Application equipment within the field validation team. The Sr Validation Engineer acts as a key technical resource; supporting training, troubleshooting, and ensuring the use of best practices. Additionally, this position serves as a primary point of contact between Field Validation and cross functional engineering groups on application‑related topics, ensuring clear, accurate communication and alignment of test outcomes. This remote position will be located near the Mississippi River valley and have primary responsibility for managing field test operations in NE Arkansas, W Tennessee, W Kentucky, and SE Missouri. This position will be part of the field validation team based in Jackson, Minnesota.
