Sr. Field Services Tech Analyst

Role Purpose

The Senior Field Technology Support (FTS) Analyst has developed expertise in at least one area of FTS responsibility (configuration or deployment) and is ready to take on the alternate discipline to gain a broad understanding of the FTS function. This role involves interacting directly with end-users and must possess a pleasant demeanor and strong support skills.

Responsibilities

• Installs or removes system components using provided installation instructions and tools.
• Conducts standard tests and contributes to problem investigations.
• Operates the operational configuration of network components.
• Applies tools, techniques, and processes to administer, track, log, report on, and correct configuration items, components, and changes.
• Aids with audits to verify the accuracy of information and implements necessary corrective actions as directed.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Supervisor experience preferred

• Bachelor's Degree
