About the Role
A Sr. Field Service Technician visits customers in assigned geography to diagnose and repair complex Coca-Cola beverage equipment. The role involves moving and removing equipment, documenting activities, maintaining accurate parts inventory, and completing necessary certifications.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair multiple types of complex fountain machine equipment and other beverage equipment.
- Move or remove equipment as required.
- Travel to and from customer locations in assigned area.
- Document travel, labor, and materials (parts and supplies) use for each activity.
- Correctly check in and out equipment and materials (parts and supplies).
- Maintain accurate parts inventory ($30-$35K est. value).
- Attend meetings as assigned.
- Assist with special projects and events as assigned.
- Assist other associates as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (or GED) required.
- CFC Refrigeration Certification upon hire preferred.
- 2+ years experience in diagnosis & repair of consumer or commercial appliances required.
- 1+ years beverage service technician (EFC, fountain install, bottle/can reactive) experience preferred.
- Proficiency in SAP CONA, Microsoft Outlook, and PDF reader on an iPhone and/or iPad type device.
- Valid driver’s license meeting Swire’s vehicle policy requirements.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as assigned.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Ability to complete B.E.S.T., Freestyle Series, ABS, Remote Refrigeration, Water Filtration, Hot Beverage, Juice Machine, and Fundamental Skills certifications within first year.
- Ability to complete equipment manufacturing and company training within 180 days of hire.
