About the Role

A Sr. Field Service Technician visits customers in assigned geography to diagnose and repair complex Coca-Cola beverage equipment. The role involves moving and removing equipment, documenting activities, maintaining accurate parts inventory, and completing necessary certifications.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair multiple types of complex fountain machine equipment and other beverage equipment.
• Move or remove equipment as required.
• Travel to and from customer locations in assigned area.
• Document travel, labor, and materials (parts and supplies) use for each activity.
• Correctly check in and out equipment and materials (parts and supplies).
• Maintain accurate parts inventory ($30-$35K est. value).
• Attend meetings as assigned.
• Assist with special projects and events as assigned.
• Assist other associates as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (or GED) required.
• CFC Refrigeration Certification upon hire preferred.
• 2+ years experience in diagnosis & repair of consumer or commercial appliances required.
• 1+ years beverage service technician (EFC, fountain install, bottle/can reactive) experience preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP CONA, Microsoft Outlook, and PDF reader on an iPhone and/or iPad type device.
• Valid driver’s license meeting Swire’s vehicle policy requirements.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as assigned.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Ability to complete B.E.S.T., Freestyle Series, ABS, Remote Refrigeration, Water Filtration, Hot Beverage, Juice Machine, and Fundamental Skills certifications within first year.
• Ability to complete equipment manufacturing and company training within 180 days of hire.
