Sr. Field Service Eng - FSH

About the role

Provides highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems. Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects. Interprets customers' needs and clarifies if the responsibility for problem resolution falls to sales personnel, customer support reps, or engineers.

• Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system

Scope

This job may include any aspect of field support, and is not limited to system hardware and software, PCs, and networking/wireless networking.

Qualifications

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of professional experience.

Pay

U.S. base salary range: $49.59 - $74.39 per hour. Base pay is one part of the U.S. total compensation package which includes eligibility in the Axcelis Team Incentive bonus plan, and a comprehensive benefits package (for regular employees working 20+ hours a week). Individual pay is determined based on multiple factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, work location, and internal equity.
