Sr. Field Engineer/Technical Project Manager

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience with PV, BESS, data center, substation and/or transmission line design and construction support.
• BSME, BSCE, or BSEE or other technical degree from ABET accredited MS and/or PE license preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong engineering, design, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic team environment and think outside the box to solve traditional problems.
• In-depth knowledge of PV, BESS, data center, substation and transmission line design and optimization tradeoffs.
• Familiarity with current market, contractors/consultants, equipment suppliers, typical technical specifications, and costs.
• Experience with production modeling including post-processing.
• Experience creating, maintaining, and updating proprietary site engineering.
• Experience working with EPC's through final design of PV/BESS/HV/Data Center systems.
• Expert onsite construction RFI support and engineering oversight.
• Demonstrated technical problem solving, with exposure to civil and geotechnical aspects of a site impacting PV design.
• Expertise in AutoCAD, MS Office, task/schedule management software.

Job Requirements

• The position requires daily onsite presence for the construction period.
