About the Role

The Senior Facilities Representative plays a key role in maintaining safe, efficient, and compliant facility operations within a fast-paced distribution and operational environment. This position is responsible for coordinating facility maintenance activities, supporting automated systems and equipment, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring building systems operate effectively to support business continuity. The successful candidate will serve as a primary point of contact for facility-related issues and contribute to a productive, safe, and well-maintained workplace.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facility operations, including preventive maintenance, repairs, work order management, and the ongoing support of building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
