Sr. Exploitation Specialist/Data Scientist (TS/SCI)

About the role

Culmen International is hiring a Senior Exploitation Specialist/Data Scientist to support the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) in Springfield, VA. The position involves enhancing product and asset management of Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) products for intelligence producers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients to understand and address their dataset-related questions and issues.
• Determine the best method and approach to create data-driven solutions within program guidelines.
• Lead and assist in the development of automated processes, architect data science solutions, and conduct analysis.
• Use available tools to analyze data and identify meaningful relationships, patterns, or trends from complex datasets.
• Apply big data analytic tools to large, diverse sets of data to deliver impactful insights and assessments.
• Conduct peer reviews to improve workflow, procedures, and methodologies.
• Build high-performing teams and mentor team members to increase their technical skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Possess a Master's degree in Data Science or a related technical field.
• Experience developing and working with AI/ML.
• Advanced programming experience with HTML 5/Javascript, ArcObjects, Python, Model Builder, Oracle, SQL, GIScience, Geospatial Analysis, Statistics, ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Server, Arc SDE, ArcIMS.
• Experience building and maintaining databases of GEOINT, SIGINT, or OSINT data.
• Data Visualization experience, including Matrix Analytics, Network Analytics, and Graphing Data.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI government clearance required.
• Experience with NET, Python, C++, and/or JAVA programming for web interface development and geodatabase development.
