Sr. Executive Recruiter

About the role

This position is responsible for partnering with our internal HR Business Partners and Hiring Executives in creating, developing, and executing the appropriate recruiting strategies for executive-level positions. The Executive Recruiter will partner with the HCSC senior leadership team to identify and hire the top executive talent critical to the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of talent acquisition experience OR 12+ years of talent acquisition experience
• 7+ years of experience focused on executive recruiting
• Experience partnering with business leaders and executives to fill critical leadership positions
• Ability to negotiate with and influence internal and external stakeholders in the executive recruitment process
• Ability to plan, design, and administer recruitment practices across divisions and multiple stakeholders
• Initiative, analytical ability, planning, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and under the direction of HR leadership
• PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Lotus Notes
• Interpersonal skills including working across departments, building consensus, driving direction, and building lasting relationships with customers, peers, and leadership

Pay

$112,200.00 - $202,600.00. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
