Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth running of outlets, including service flow, staff coordination, and customer handling
- Monitor food preparation, hygiene, and presentation to meet company and regulatory standards as per SOP
- Achieve the assigned sales targets
- Conduct routine inspections on food safety, cleanliness, and equipment to ensure compliance
- Introduce targeted promotions on low-performing weekdays, improve up selling strategy for drinks and side items, enhance customer engagement programs to increase repeat customers, review operating costs to maintain profitability
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance tracking to identify best-selling and low-performing products
- Coordinate with Operations, Production, Supply Chain, and Management teams to provide data-driven recommendations for business improvement
- Monitor and submit zonal performance reports and actionable insights to management
- Manage stock levels, reduce wastage, and ensure proper use of resources within budget
- Enforce health, safety, and sanitation protocols in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
- Develop and implement kitchen and service policies for efficiency and quality
- Prepare operational and QC reports, highlighting issues, improvements, and performance metrics
- Co-ordinate with Management for any task requirements
