About the role
The Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager – TPM Coordinator will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence through TPM and Lean methodologies. Reporting directly to top management, this individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and will support the implementation of best practices.
Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement operational excellence strategies, TPM & LEAN roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaboration and coordination: Work with cross-functional teams to identify process bottlenecks and inefficiencies, proposing innovative solutions.
- Training: Coordinate and execute training programs on operational excellence principles, lean principles, TPM practices, tools, and techniques.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress and impact of initiatives and report on the effectiveness of lean and TPM initiatives.
- Documentation: Oversee the documentation and updating of processes to ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Resource Management: Manage budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure milestones are met.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaboration and coordination: Work in harmony with colleagues/superior and facilitate team spirit within the company. TPM coordination with all pillar heads for JIPM certification and sustenance; Coordination with TPM and LEAN consultant(s).
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
- Performance Monitoring: Track project progress and report status to stakeholders and management.
- Leverage lean and TPM-based focused improvement projects: Outline project roadmaps, break down tasks, allocate resources, and establish timelines; Track project progress and report status to stakeholders.
- Training and Team Formation: Identify training needs and coordinate trainings team members on lean processes and TPM methodologies; Managing the overall infrastructure and various training aids used for TPM and LEAN; Establish and guide teams within the organization.
- Best Practices: Facilitate the deployment of best practices in project management and process optimization.
- Resource Management: Prepare and manage budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure milestones are met.
