Sr. Project Manager
About the Role
Join a fast-paced marketing team as a Senior Creative Project Manager, where you’ll help drive complex, cross-functional creative work from planning through delivery. This role focuses on creative resourcing, workflow improvement, and keeping projects moving smoothly across print, digital, photography, video, social media, and web initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of creative and marketing projects across multiple channels, ensuring timelines, priorities, and deliverables stay on track.
- Oversee the allocation of creative resources based on project needs and team capacity.
- Support the ongoing development and optimization of Workfront to improve efficiency, quality, and speed of delivery.
- Help lead onboarding, training, and best practices for project management tools and workflows.
- Partner with marketing and creative leadership to define scope, timing, objectives, and resource requirements.
- Guide the flow of work across creative, digital, and marketing teams while helping resolve issues before they impact deadlines.
- Manage projects tied to major initiatives such as product or design launches and other strategic campaigns.
- Facilitate meetings, capture notes and decisions, and follow through on next steps and action items.
- Maintain organized project documentation, including approvals, feedback, proofs, reporting, and financial details.
- Support and mentor project coordinators or project managers as needed.
- Help ensure final creative deliverables align with brand standards and business expectations.
Skills
- 8-10 years of project management experience, including work on large-scale creative or marketing initiatives.
- Strong hands-on experience with Workfront; administrative access experience is highly valued.
- Working knowledge of creative production processes across print, digital, photography, and video.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
- Confident communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing risk and resolving conflicts.
- Ability to forecast workload and support resource planning at the team or department level.
- Comfort working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Preferred Skills
- Experience improving or administering project management systems and workflows.
- Background supporting onboarding and training for project management tools.
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior project management team members.
- Familiarity with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Suite.
- Experience maintaining vendor relationships and coordinating with third-party partners.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.

Pay
The pay range for this role is $33 - $67 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
