- Book and manage all domestic and international travel, end to end.
- Arrange ground transportation, lunches, and logistics proactively.
- Process and reconcile expenses accurately and on time.
- Persistently partner closely with the CGO’s direct reports, VPs, Chief of Staff, and their teams to anticipate and prepare for upcoming needs.

- A reputation for trustworthiness, discretion, and genuine respect from colleagues.
- Strong calendar management skills and a clear approach to prioritization.

- Comfortable building relationships and working cross-functionally at every level of the organization.
- Highly organized yet adaptable; able to navigate shifting priorities with ease.
- A low ego, high standards, and a growth mindset; committed to doing the work because it matters.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and expense tools (such as Brex, Coupa, etc.).
