Sr/Exec Director Clinical Development

This role supports clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution, strengthening care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of pivotal trials and submissions
• Develop key clinical documents and provide medical expertise
• Engage with Health Authorities on clinical queries
• Represent the company at scientific meetings and congresses
• Foster relationships with internal teams and key stakeholders
• Analyze clinical data to guide strategic decisions
• Manage timelines and resource allocation efficiently

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree in health science preferred
• Minimum of 10 years in biotech or pharmaceuticals as a clinical scientist or related role
• Extensive experience in late-stage oncology clinical trials
• Experience with regulatory submissions such as NDA and Breakthrough Therapy Designation preferred
• Demonstrated ability in strategic clinical planning and independent work
• Profound knowledge of biostatistics, GCP, and clinical study regulations

Pay

$265,000 – $310,000 annually
