This role supports clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution, strengthening care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a life sciences environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of pivotal trials and submissions
- Develop key clinical documents and provide medical expertise
- Engage with Health Authorities on clinical queries
- Represent the company at scientific meetings and congresses
- Foster relationships with internal teams and key stakeholders
- Analyze clinical data to guide strategic decisions
- Manage timelines and resource allocation efficiently
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree in health science preferred
- Minimum of 10 years in biotech or pharmaceuticals as a clinical scientist or related role
- Extensive experience in late-stage oncology clinical trials
- Experience with regulatory submissions such as NDA and Breakthrough Therapy Designation preferred
- Demonstrated ability in strategic clinical planning and independent work
- Profound knowledge of biostatistics, GCP, and clinical study regulations

Pay
$265,000 – $310,000 annually
