Responsibilities
- Manage a wide range of estate planning matters
- Provide tailored estate planning strategies to high-net-worth clients
- Independently advise clients with $20M+ in assets
- Adhere to all aspects of gift and estate tax planning
- Ensure the highest level of service to clients
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional service
- Manage practice with support from a strong administrative and legal infrastructure
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in estate planning and estate/trust administration
- Proficiency in drafting estate planning documents, including revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and advance directives
- Strong understanding of estate and trust administration processes
- Excellent writing, research, and organizational skills
- Experience in all aspects of gift and estate tax planning (revocable and irrevocable), estate and trust administration, charitable planning and family business succession planning
- Admitted to the California Bar
