Sr. Enterprise Architect, Agentforce Supply Chain

About the role

Senior Enterprise Architects work directly with customers, owning end-to-end integration strategy and delivery for complex Supply Chain and Manufacturing transformations. On a daily basis, you will design and build enterprise-grade integration solutions, take them to production, and solve real-world problems at the largest scale. You will have ample opportunity to bring field learnings back to shape Salesforce's Agentforce platform and methodology.

Responsibilities

• Operate like hands-on AI startup CTOs: working in small, focused teams to own delivery of high-stakes integration projects.
• Architect API-led connectivity strategies, design agentic data pipelines, and sit across from a customer's executive team to set their AI integration roadmap.
• Ship real solutions into the heart of a customer's enterprise.
• Assemble and lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex integration projects.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and integrate Agentforce into their core systems.

Requirements

• Deep, hands-on experience integrating enterprise systems (ERP, PLM, CRM) and a strong understanding of the Generative AI landscape.
• A strong foundation in integration architecture principles — API-led connectivity, process orchestration, application lifecycle management, and security.
• An engineering background. Preferred fields include Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in at least one coding language (Python, Java, JavaScript, Node, Go, or similar) and a passion for working close to the code.
• Ability and interest in traveling domestically, as needed for client engagements.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years in Enterprise architecture or solution engineering, with 2+ years dedicated to enterprise architecture in a customer-facing role.
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, LLMs, and Generative AI architecture in enterprise settings.
• Understanding of risk mitigation, compliance, and security in enterprise software contexts.

• Engineering mindset focused on delivering production integration solutions with Agentforce and enterprise core systems.
• Solving real supply chain and manufacturing problems, not theoretical architectures.
• Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders, from engineers to C-suite executives.
• Comfort working in dynamic customer environments with evolving requirements and direct iteration with users.
