About the role

The Sr. Engineering Program Manager leads technical, platform initiatives spanning front-end and back-end solutions, impacting Adobe.com's web visitor experience and internal systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage development and implementation of Adobe.com products and services, focusing on cross-platform tools and services
  • Coordinate departmental or cross-functional teams to deliver new or upgraded platform capabilities
  • Plan, manage schedules, mitigate risks, and coordinate adoption rollouts for projects from initiation to delivery
  • Lead cross-functional activities and teams to ensure high-quality project completion on time and within budget
  • Proactively drive program execution, scope, timeline, and resources with minimal guidance
  • Analyze scope, assess resource requirements, and lead change control
  • Create detailed, complex project or program plans considering all requirements, constraints, resources, and objectives
  • Agregate, organize, and synthesize program and project information for effective communication with extended teams and management
  • Communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired program outcomes clearly
  • Coordinate and run operational, project, and executive check-in meetings
  • Work with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to build clear roadmaps and plans for products/initiatives and maintain those plans
  • Assist Engineering Managers and Web Managers with resource assessment and release planning
  • Drive tactical decisions for projects under direct responsibility

Requirements

  • 6-9 years of program/project management experience and technical leadership, preferably with large enterprise web projects
  • Solid understanding of Web technologies, including web content management systems (preferably Adobe Experience Manager)
  • Experience with Agile & project management methodologies with confirmed leadership capabilities
  • Knowledge and experience with Adobe Workfront, JIRA, SharePoint, Wiki, and AI tools
  • Excellent business partner management and presentation skills

Pay

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $124,300 -- $234,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
