Responsibilities

  • Lead mechanical, electrical and plumbing construction real estate projects.
  • Plan, organize, control, and deploy key milestones, deliverables, and resources according to client and business goals.
  • Manage all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
  • Provide analysis and status reports of the project, including business case, ROI, and post-project review.
  • Avoid and resolve risks and issues.
  • Create and innovate, suggesting best practices and improving the client implementation experience.

Requirements

  • At least 5-8 years of construction MEP project management experience.
  • Prior experience leading MEP projects from concept to delivery (e.g., generator installations, transfer switch and UPS installations).
  • 50%-60% travel to other ADP offices is highly necessary.
  • Prior work experience leading medium to large cross-functional and/or multi-year projects from concept to delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of project management processes, tools, and structured methodologies.
  • The ability to guide and inspire others in a consultative approach and drive collaboration and client focus with the project team and internal partners.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in managing multiple and changing priorities.
  • Learning agility and critical thinking skills applied to new situations.
  • The ability to work and thrive independently and in a collaborative environment; partnering, collaborating, and working in a team (and matrixed) environment.
  • The ability to coach, train, and mentor other team members with less experience.

Qualifications

  • A college degree is great but not required.
  • Industry expertise to each client solution and applying best practices through in-depth client consultation.
  • Maintaining focus and working effectively with multiple demands.
  • Taking initiative to seek out answers, solutions, and positive outcomes.
  • Process-oriented with a high attention to details.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite and experience with Financial Force, Anaplan, Confluence, or similar tools.
  • Experience in the Human Capital Management (HCM) Industry and/or knowledge and understanding of payroll.
  • PMP certification from highly recognized professional learning institutions.

Pay

USD $86,600.00 - USD $161,600.00 / Year*
