Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical, electrical and plumbing construction real estate projects.
- Plan, organize, control, and deploy key milestones, deliverables, and resources according to client and business goals.
- Manage all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
- Provide analysis and status reports of the project, including business case, ROI, and post-project review.
- Avoid and resolve risks and issues.
- Champion best practices and process improvement.
- Approach new situations with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- At least 5-8 years of construction MEP project management experience.
- Prior experience leading MEP projects from concept to delivery (e.g., generator installations, transfer switch and UPS installations).
- 50%-60% travel to other ADP offices highly necessary.
- Prior work experience leading medium to large cross-functional and/or multi-year projects from concept to delivery.
- Strong knowledge of project management processes, tools, and structured methodologies.
- Guide and inspire others in a consultative approach and drive collaboration and client focus with the project team and internal partners.
- Manage multiple and changing priorities (flexibility/adaptability).
- Demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills and apply basic concepts in new situations.
- Work and thrive independently and in a collaborative environment; partner, collaborate, and work in a team (and matrixed) environment.
- Coach, train, and mentor other team members with less experience.
Qualifications
- A college degree is great but not required.
- Industry expertise to each client solution and apply best practices through in-depth client consultation.
- Maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands.
- Take initiative to seek out answers, solutions, and positive outcomes.
- Process-oriented with a high attention to details.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office suite and have experience with Financial Force, Anaplan, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Experience in the Human Capital Management (HCM) Industry and/or knowledge and understanding of payroll.
- PMP certification from highly recognized professional learning institutions.

Pay
