About the role
We're looking for a Senior Engineer - T&S Reliability Analytics to lead and perform assignments in specialized areas requiring extensive engineering expertise. This role involves mentoring junior engineers, leading complex engineering studies, and ensuring strategic alignment with safety, reliability, and compliance goals.
Responsibilities
- Develops and implements engineering strategies for grid modernization.
- Manages budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for major projects.
- Facilitates cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Supports development of optimized investment framework.
Requirements
- Must have experience in analytical tools and databases.
- Experience in developing and implementing engineering strategies for grid modernization.

- Experience in supporting development of optimized investment framework.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Licensed Professional Engineer (2).
- Thorough knowledge and experience in unique areas of engineering expertise.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of professional engineering experience.
- Master's degree in Engineering reduces the OJT experience requirement by one (1) year.
- Advanced technical degree, MBA or Project Management Certification (1).
Skills
- Knowledge of engineering designs, principles and practices.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex electrical and mechanical systems.
- Knowledge and ability to apply problem solving approaches and engineering theory.
- Detailed knowledge of applicable standards, codes methods, and practices unique to areas of expertise.
- Ability to apply advanced engineering principles to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Strong teamwork, interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with all management levels.
- Strong written and oral communication/presentation skills, report generation & technical writing skills.
- Participation in industry committee or working groups or has published technical documents.
- Advanced experience in utility infrastructure, such as system analysis, planning, design coordination, standards development, or project execution.
