About the role

We are seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer to join our team in Indianapolis. In this role, you will work with a group of reliability engineers to support new product development within our global organization. You will leverage your technical expertise to enhance reliability standards and drive product excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and guide cross-functional teams through System and Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (S/DFMEA) processes.
  • Apply advanced knowledge of S/DFMEA methodologies and utilize Relyence software to execute robust analyses.
  • Effectively capture failure mode analysis and develop accurate, complete, and actionable mitigation strategies.
  • Drive follow-up accountability, verification, validation, and timely closures of all documented action items.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • A minimum of 3 years of prior engineering experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Practical to substantial knowledge of engineering systems, with the ability to implement standards and process improvements in daily work.

Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.

Other Compensation

This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
