Reliability Engineer Sr

About the role

Join us as a Reliability Engineer Senior at Lockheed Martin. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability and maintainability of complex systems and products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement reliability engineering programs and processes
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective actions for reliability issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product reliability meets customer requirements
• Lead reliability testing and validation activities
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in reliability engineering
• Experience with reliability data analysis and statistical methods
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of reliability engineering principles and practices
• Experience with reliability test equipment and methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Skills

• Reliability engineering software proficiency (e.g., ReliaSoft)
• Statistical process control (SPC) techniques
• Project management tools (e.g., JIRA)

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
