Sr Engineer - T&S Reliability Analytics
About the role
We're looking for a Senior Engineer - T&S Reliability Analytics to lead and perform specialized engineering tasks and projects. This role involves mentoring junior engineers, leading complex engineering studies, and ensuring strategic alignment with safety, reliability, and compliance goals.
Responsibilities
- Develops and implements engineering strategies for grid modernization.
- Manages budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for major projects.
- Facilitates cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Supports development of optimized investment framework.
- Supports development of T&S Reliability portfolio metrics development, analytics, tracking, impact evaluation, and reporting.
Requirements
- Must have experience in analytical tools and databases.
- Knowledge of engineering designs, principles and practices.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex electrical and mechanical systems.
- Knowledge and ability to apply problem solving approaches and engineering theory.
- Detailed knowledge of applicable standards, codes methods, and practices unique to areas of expertise.
- 7+ years of professional engineering experience.
- Master's degree in Engineering reduces the OJT experience requirement by 1 year.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Licensed Professional Engineer (2).
- Thorough knowledge and experience in unique areas of engineering expertise.
- Advanced experience in utility infrastructure, such as system analysis, planning, design coordination, standards development, or project execution.
Skills
- Strong teamwork, interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with all management levels.
- Strong written and oral communication/presentation skills, report generation & technical writing skills.
- Participation in industry committee or working groups or has published technical documents.

Annual salary will vary based on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience, and other factors: $103,200.00/Yr. – $141,900.00/Yr.
