Responsibilities
- Shape and influence strategies to develop and deliver complex systems and drive toward successful project outcomes
- Act as a coach and mentor to other team members by sharing technical expertise
- Participate in client and partner collaboration and business development efforts
- Influence how buildings are engineered, manufactured, and delivered to shape the future of industrialized construction
- Contribute to systems that significantly reduce embodied carbon, construction waste, and risk
Requirements
- 7+ years of senior-level professional engineering experience
- A strong technical foundation with an interest in expanding impact beyond traditional design responsibilities
- Ability to apply engineering expertise to influence project outcomes, support multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to the delivery and growth of complex structural systems
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
- PE or SE License required or the ability to obtain within 2 years
