Responsibilities

• Shape and influence strategies to develop and deliver complex systems and drive toward successful project outcomes
• Act as a coach and mentor to other team members by sharing technical expertise
• Participate in client and partner collaboration and business development efforts
• Shape the future of industrialized construction—your work will influence how buildings are engineered, manufactured, and delivered
• Contribute to systems that significantly reduce embodied carbon, construction waste, and risk

Requirements

• 7+ years of senior-level professional engineering experience
• A strong technical foundation with an interest in expanding your impact beyond traditional design responsibilities
• Ability to apply engineering expertise to influence project outcomes, support multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to the delivery and growth of complex structural systems
• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
• PE or SE License required or the ability to obtain within 2 years

Pay

The base pay range for this position is $175,000 to $275,000. Base pay offered will depend on qualifications, experience, location, and other job-related factors.
