Sr. Electrician

Contract Duration: 6 months (with potential extension) | Location: Sturgeon Bay, WI | Work Authorization: US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder)

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities on shipyard projects.
• Supervise and support electricians to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Diagnose complex electrical issues and implement corrective actions.
• Review electrical drawings and oversee testing and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams to meet project schedules and quality standards.

Requirements

• Extensive shipyard or marine project experience.
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to oversee electrical work.
• Experience mentoring team members.
