Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractors, and field operations.
  • Lead project teams while maintaining strong communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Manage project financials, including forecasting, change orders, cost tracking, and profitability.
  • Mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers, and support staff.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience managing commercial and/or industrial electrical construction projects.
  • Proven experience delivering projects with electrical contract values of $5M+.
  • Strong background managing one or more of the following project types: Healthcare, Higher Education, K-12 Education, Life Science, Data Centers, Advanced Manufacturing, Government Facilities.
  • Strong understanding of electrical construction means and methods.
  • Experience managing project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
