Responsibilities
- Manage multiple electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractors, and field operations.
- Lead project teams while maintaining strong communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage project financials, including forecasting, change orders, cost tracking, and profitability.
- Mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers, and support staff.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience managing commercial and/or industrial electrical construction projects.
- Proven experience delivering projects with electrical contract values of $5M+.
- Strong background managing one or more of the following project types: Healthcare, Higher Education, K-12 Education, Life Science, Data Centers, Advanced Manufacturing, Government Facilities.
- Strong understanding of electrical construction means and methods.
- Experience managing project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
