We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections with real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Preserve all substantive info. We need to parse description. Key sections: - About the role: description paragraph: "Join AWS as a Senior Electrical Hardware Development Engineer to architect and lead the development of next-generation cloud infrastructure hardware. Drive innovation in complex PCBA designs utilizing state-of-the-art FPGA SoCs, working with world-class engineers in our dedicated product development lab. Within Bespoke Solutions, the Refactor hardware development team empowers Region Services teams by eliminating reliance on external vendor constraints. We aim to be the trusted partner of choice for our service teams, delivering comprehensive product life-cycle support that enables them to scale at the pace of customer demand. For teams choosing to develop hardware internally, we provide access to our library of validated designs and proven processes to accelerate their development timelines. If Arlington, VA (Arlington HQ2) This role will sit in our new headquarters in Northern Virginia, where Amazon will invest $2.5 billion dollars, occupy 4 million square feet of energy efficient office space, and create at least 25,000 new full-time jobs. Our employees and the neighboring community will also benefit from the associated investments from the Commonwealth including infrastructure updates, public transportation improvements, and new access to Reagan National Airport. By working together on behalf of our customers, we are building the future one innovative product, service, and idea at a time. Are you ready to embrace the challenge? Come build the future with us." But we need to remove filler like "If Arlington, VA (Arlington HQ2)" maybe part of location. Keep location info? It's part of description. We can keep. - Responsibilities: list of key job responsibilities bullet points. - Requirements: Basic Qualifications bullet list. - Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications bullet list. - Skills: maybe combine? The instruction says use sections for Skills if present. We have skills mentioned in responsibilities and qualifications. Could create Skills section summarizing technical skills: FPGA SoC, PCB design, signal integrity, etc. But we must not invent. Better to include Skills as part of Qualifications? The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can include Skills if there is specific content. We have skill mentions in responsibilities and qualifications; we could extract them into a Skills section. But we must not duplicate content? It says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. If we create Skills section, we need to ensure we still have the info elsewhere? Could move some info to Skills and remove from elsewhere? That would be summarizing away detail. Better to keep info in Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications and not create Skills unless there is a distinct list of skills separate. The posting does not have a separate "Skills" heading; it's embedded. So we should not create a Skills section unless we can pull out a list that is explicitly skills. There is "Experience with DFx", "Experience with motherboard design, PCB design including schematic capture, stackup and circuit board layout", "Experience with FPGA SoC hardware integration, hardware validation and debugging", etc. Those are qualifications. So we can keep them under Requirements/Qualifications. No separate Skills needed. - Benefits: The posting mentions benefits: "Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave." Also mentions sign-on payments and RSUs. So we have Benefits content. - Pay: The posting includes salary ranges: "The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location." Then lists: USA, MD, Jessup - 159,200.00 - 215,300.00 USD annually; USA, VA, Arlington - 159,200.00 - 215,300.00 USD annually; USA, VA, Herndon - 159,200.00 - 215,300.00 USD annually. So we have Pay info. - Schedule: Not mentioned. No schedule info (full-time implied but not explicit). So we should not create Schedule section. We also need to include location maybe in About the role or separate? Not required. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, accommodation link, etc. Also remove "If the country/region you’re applying in isn’t listed, please contact your Recruiting Partner." Also remove "Amazon is an equal opportunity employer..." etc. Also remove "Learn more about our benefits at https://amazon.jobs/en/benefits." Also remove "Company - Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc." and Job ID. We need to preserve all substantive info: responsibilities list, basic qualifications, preferred qualifications, benefits, pay, location description, security clearance requirement, etc. Also note security clearance: "This position requires that the candidate selected must be a US Citizen and obtain and maintain a security clearance at the TS/SCI with polygraph level. Upon start, the selected candidate will be sponsored for a commensurate clearance for each government agency for which they perform AWS work." This is substantive; should be included perhaps under Requirements or a separate section? Could be part of Requirements (basic qualifications) or maybe a separate "Requirements" includes that. We'll include under Requirements as a bullet. Also note "If Arlington, VA (Arlington HQ2)" maybe we keep location description. Now produce HTML:

About the role

Join AWS as a Senior Electrical Hardware Development Engineer to architect and lead the development of next-generation cloud infrastructure hardware. This role will sit in our new headquarters in Northern Virginia (Arlington, VA), where Amazon will invest $2.5 billion, occupy 4 million square feet of energy‑efficient office space, and create at least 25,000 new full‑time jobs. Base salary range: $159,200.00 – $215,300.00 USD annually (applicable to Jessup, MD; Arlington, VA; Herndon, VA). Final compensation based on experience, qualifications, and location, plus sign‑on payments and RSUs.

We should not include Schedule section. Check for any leftover boilerplate: removed EEO, accommodation link, etc. Also removed "Learn more about our benefits at...". Also removed "Company - Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc." and Job ID. Check if any duplication: we have security clearance both in Requirements and Qualifications (preferred). That's fine as it's present in both basic and preferred. Check if any content missing: The description about "If Arlington, VA (Arlington HQ2) This role will sit..." we incorporated. Also mention "Amazon will invest $2.5 billion dollars, occupy 4 million square feet of energy efficient office space, and create at least 25,000 new full-time jobs." We included. Also mention "Our employees and the neighboring community will also benefit from the associated investments from the Commonwealth including infrastructure updates, public transportation improvements, and new access to Reagan National Airport." Included. Also mention "By working together on behalf of our customers, we are building the future one innovative product, service, and idea at a time. Are you ready to embrace the challenge? Come build the future with us." Included. Also mention "A day in the life" paragraph: we didn't include that. It's substantive: "You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of hardware, software, and FPGA engineers in our dedicated product development lab. Your responsibilities will span architecting innovative hardware solutions, conducting PCB design reviews, coordinating with contract manufacturers, troubleshooting prototypes, and providing technical mentorship to team members. You'll establish strong partnerships with product managers to define technical requirements, collaborate with FPGA engineers to refine hardware interfaces, and work alongside manufacturing teams to ensure successful production scaling." This is substantive and not covered elsewhere. Should we include it? It's basically a more narrative version of responsibilities. Could be included under Responsibilities or a separate section like "Day in the life". But we only have predefined headings; we could add it to Responsibilities as additional
