Sr. Electrical Engineering Leader- Architectural

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversight of electrical system design for commercial, retail, hospitality, and industrial projects from concept through construction documentation.
  • Perform NEC demand/load, short-circuit, lighting, and voltage-drop calculations.
  • Develop one-line diagrams, panelboard circuiting, and mechanical equipment schedules.
  • Manage multiple priorities, budgets, and deadlines.
  • Review shop drawings and equipment submittals.
  • Conduct field observations and site surveys.
  • Guide and support junior engineers/designers, delegate tasks, and foster professional growth.
  • Maintain positive client relationships, provide technical consultation, and ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 8 years in electrical design engineering with proven leadership experience.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, MEP, and electrical design documentation.
  • Strong understanding of building electrical systems and NEC-based calculations.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
