About the role
Provides supervision, guidance, instruction, and/or skill building to assigned persons served within a specific Program site regarding daily living activities, safety, vocational activities, and interaction with others. Provides supervision to direct care staff and is in charge of Program site activities in absence of Program Manager.
Responsibilities
- Supervises, guides, instructs, and builds skills for assigned persons served in daily living activities, safety, vocational activities, and interactions with others.
- Supervises direct care staff and oversees Program site activities when the Program Manager is absent.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Additional education in a related field desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of two years of related work experience, or a minimum of six months experience as a Program Associate in the Bancroft organization required.

- Education and experience as outlined above.
Skills
- Ability to provide supervision and guidance to assigned persons served.
- Knowledge of daily living activities, safety protocols, and vocational activities.
- Experience supervising direct care staff.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
