  • each duty. Now Qualifications: includes Required Education/Experience, Preferred Education/Experience, Relevant Work Experience, Licenses and Certifications, Physical Demands, Additional Physical Demands. We need to preserve all. Let's extract each. Required Education/Experience: "Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of relatable Electric Control Center or Electric Operations or Engineering experience orAssociate's Degree and 4 years of relatable Electric Control Center or Electric Operations or Engineering experience orHigh School Diploma/GED and 5 years of relatable Electric Control Center or Electric Operations or Engineering experience" Note there are missing spaces before "or". We'll keep as is but maybe add spaces for readability? Must preserve substantive information; we can keep original but maybe fix missing spaces? The instruction: do not invent or summarize away detail. Adding spaces is not changing meaning, just formatting. Probably okay. We'll keep as is but ensure readability. Preferred Education/Experience: "Bachelor's Degree preferably in Electrical Engineering and 3 years of relatable Electric Control Center or Electric Operations or Engineering experience" Relevant Work Experience: "Must have a minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or project management experience, required. Must possess strong oral and written communication skills, including the capacity to communicate effectively with union personnel, executives and other levels of management, the public, as well as with other departments, required. Good organizational and leadership skills, required. Must be flexible to handle multiple assignments with changing priorities and deadlines, required. Must be available 24/7, and available to be on call and/or participate in off-hour emergency response activities as required." Licenses and Certifications: "Driver's License Required" Physical Demands: list of bullet points: "Sit or stand to answer a phone for the duration of the workday Sit or stand to use a keyboard, mouse, and computer for the duration of the workday Possess manual dexterity and the ability to use hands for the duration of the workday Stand to use/operate office equipment for the duration of the workday Ability to read small print and symbols Work rotating shifts, including nights, midnights, weekends and holidays" Additional Physical Demands: "The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.Must successfully pass a Personnel Risk Assessment which includes a 7-year background North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) check, and training associated with NERC Critical Infrastructure Protection Standards (CIPS).Must pass drug/alcohol testing as required by departmental policy.Must pass a behavioral assessment and a aptitude assessment prior to offer being extended.Psychological Test Required.Due to the extensive training associated with this position, the department expects a two year commitment that starts once the candidate completes the training program and qualifies as a Sr. Distribution System Operator.Must be able to work a rotating shift, including overnight, weekend and holiday shifts as the schedule requires. This is a fixed post position and requires the ability to sit for long periods of time.Must be able and willing to travel, as needed." We need to include schedule info maybe separate Schedule section. But schedule info appears in Physical Demands and Additional Physical Demands. Could create Schedule section with those details: rotating shifts, nights, weekends, holidays, 24/7 availability, on-call, etc. However we risk duplicating. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we keep schedule info within Qualifications or Physical Demands. But we have a Schedule heading possible; we could create Schedule section with the shift-related details, and remove them from Physical Demands to avoid duplication. However we must preserve ALL substantive information; we can move them but still present. It's okay to reorganize as long as we don't lose info. We need to decide sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications (including education/experience, licenses, physical demands, schedule). Could also have Skills separate but we can embed skills in Qualifications. Given the instruction to prefer few substantive sections, I'd do: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications (which includes education/experience, skills, licenses, physical demands, schedule). That's four sections. But we need to use headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications. Possibly also Skills if we want separate but not needed. Let's craft Qualifications section with subheadings? Not allowed; only h3 for section headings. Inside we can use
