Responsibilities
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline while exceeding sales goals
- Serve as a trusted advisor to benefits executives, identifying their needs
- Deliver engaging presentations and become an expert on the company’s offerings
- Collaborate with internal teams for product feedback and development
- Provide top-notch customer service in a dynamic environment
- Accurately forecast sales and collaborate with team members
- Analyze the competitive landscape to effectively position the company
Qualifications
- 8+ years of healthcare sales experience focusing on employer groups, especially in small to mid-markets
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets
- Experience working with consulting firms that support employer evaluations of new benefits
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to travel up to 40% for client engagement
- Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
- Bachelor's degree in business or related fields preferred
Pay
$150,000 – $175,000 annually
