Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline while exceeding sales goals
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to benefits executives, identifying their needs
  • Deliver engaging presentations and become an expert on the company’s offerings
  • Collaborate with internal teams for product feedback and development
  • Provide top-notch customer service in a dynamic environment
  • Accurately forecast sales and collaborate with team members
  • Analyze the competitive landscape to effectively position the company

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of healthcare sales experience focusing on employer groups, especially in small to mid-markets
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets
  • Experience working with consulting firms that support employer evaluations of new benefits
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel up to 40% for client engagement
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related fields preferred

Pay

$150,000 – $175,000 annually

Schedule

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
