About the role
The Sr. Director, RIA Partnerships will lead the strategic development and execution of partnerships with Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs). This role requires a deep understanding of the financial services industry and strong leadership skills to drive growth and innovation.Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with RIAs to foster long-term business growth.
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that align with company goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new partnerships.
- Manage and mentor a team of partners and account managers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting RIAs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in financial services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
