Sr. Director, Product Sales - Skin Health
About the role
Ready to take on a highly visible leadership role with enterprise-wide impact? As Sr. Director, Product Sales for Skin Health, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing go-to-market strategies that drive growth, strengthen customer partnerships, and deliver business results across Medline's Remedy & ReadyCare, Advanced Wound Care, and Repositioning & Offloading divisions. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with senior leaders, influence strategic priorities, and help define how we bring clinical and innovative solutions to market. Working across Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and Operations, you will lead initiatives that enhance commercial effectiveness, build organizational capabilities, and improve customer outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an integrated go-to-market strategy aligned to enterprise objectives across business units
- Translate strategy into coordinated execution plans that drive revenue growth and performance outcomes
- Partner with sales leadership to identify cross-sell opportunities, synergies, and expansion areas
- Drive accountability for pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and overall sales performance
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across the full sales cycle to deliver integrated solutions
- Establish and standardize best practices, tools, processes, messaging, and performance metrics
- Identify and eliminate inefficiencies to improve scalability, consistency, and execution effectiveness
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales models and operational performance
- Oversee enterprise sales training and capability development, including onboarding and advanced skills
- Align training programs with product strategy, customer needs, and market dynamics; measure effectiveness through adoption and performance outcomes
- Partner cross-functionally to develop integrated product, service, and value-based offerings
- Provide input into product strategy, development priorities, and market positioning based on customer and market insights
- Build and maintain senior-level customer relationships; lead complex engagements and serve as an escalation point
- Oversee large-scale program execution (e.g., implementations, conversions, pilots), ensuring alignment of resources, timelines, customer satisfaction, and financial performance
- Provide leadership oversight for multiple levels of management, including hiring, development, performance management, and resource planning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- 8+ years of experience in product management, marketing, sales, or related discipline
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing managers or senior professionals
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing product, marketing, and go-to-market strategies
- Strong financial acumen, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis
- Experience leveraging market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis to drive strategy
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders
- Experience negotiating with vendors and managing external partnerships
- Ability to manage complex portfolios, competing priorities, and changing business conditions
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Position requires travel up to 50%+ of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state)
Pay
The anticipated salary range for this position is $177,000.00 - $266,000.00 annual. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible.
