About the role

Capital Markets & Analytics Product Management is a unique and high-profile space, responsible for discovering, delivering, and optimizing products and capabilities that fundamentally transform how our Capital Markets associates work and enable us to deliver valuable insights using modernized technologies and core data services. You’ll play a key role in building our Product Management organization, shaping culture, mentoring teammates, and acting as an ambassador for Product Management within the Finance Product & Data Solutions team.

This role collaborates closely with customers including Treasury, Trading, Balance Sheet Management, and Risk & Capital Analytics. Key priorities include:

  • Revolutionizing the Capital Markets and Analytics platform through product innovation in balance sheet risk management, treasury, and trading functions.
  • Re-envisioning and streamlining the overall finance experience, including trading, risk management, collateral management, and end-of-month close.
  • Revamping the data ecosystem to consume and leverage streamlined and enriched data end-to-end.

Responsibilities

  • Establish the vision, strategy, and execution of Treasury, Trading, and bank balance sheet risk management products, data, and services by aligning with strategic Finance direction and technology architecture.
  • Create frameworks for and directly manage the prioritization of work, capabilities, components, and infrastructures used by multiple customer solutions.
  • Communicate and evangelize product and portfolio strategy across large organizations and executives to influence stakeholder alignment.
  • Develop frameworks for systematically using data to uncover opportunities, track product performance, and drive decision-making.
  • Prioritize, negotiate, and remove blockers to orchestrate successful launch or optimization cycles.
  • Inspire, enable, and empower teams to execute with urgency and deliver solutions on priorities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in and passion for ideating, building, and implementing great digital products.
  • Experience with Treasury and Capital Markets products and data.
  • Experience in organizational change management, including transforming and improving ways of working and interaction models.
  • Deep knowledge of the Product Management discipline and experience in building and maturing Product teams.
  • Strong ability to set a vision and lead, develop, and inspire teams to create innovative products with high adoption and value for internal customers.
  • Exceptional communication skills—an engaging storyteller comfortable presenting to executives.
  • Creative problem solver who provides leadership at the intersection of human, business, and technology dimensions.
  • Blend of strategic and tactical thinking—ability to identify and prioritize opportunities in ambiguous contexts and align long-term vision with iterative execution.
  • Aptitude to champion strategic technology initiatives to deliver transformational value.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 7 years of Product Management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification.
  • Data Management Experience.
  • 3+ years of Agile Product Management experience.

Pay

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based on agreed-upon hours.

  • Cambridge, MA: $269,600 - $307,700
  • McLean, VA: $269,600 - $307,700
  • New York, NY: $294,100 - $335,700
  • Richmond, VA: $245,100 - $279,800

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. This role is also eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, including cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
