Responsibilities
- Define and own the Pro Marketing strategy throughout the professional lifecycle
- Serve as the voice of professionals within the company to inform product and commercial decisions
- Manage B2B marketing programs that promote professional growth and engagement
- Lead Partner Marketing to develop and manage strategic external partnerships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing with business priorities
- Establish measurement frameworks linked to professional supply outcomes
- Develop and empower your team while promoting accountability and excellence
Qualifications
- 10+ years in full-funnel marketing for supply-side audiences or business customers in a marketplace context
- Proven ability to develop activation and retention programs that focus on business outcomes
- Experience with B2B marketing strategies including ABM and events
- Demonstrated history of building and managing strategic partnerships
- Strong cross-functional communication and influencing skills
- Comfortable with building new functions and strategies from the ground up
- Commitment to team development and facilitating a high-performance work environment
