This Sr. Director, People Business Partner - Technology role will shape people strategy for a technology organization with a strong emphasis on supporting product and engineering functions. The role will partner closely with senior executives to align organizational design, talent planning, and leadership development with business priorities.
Responsibilities
- Partner with technology executives to align talent strategy with product and engineering needs
- Analyze organizational health metrics to implement organizational design initiatives
- Utilize data analytics and AI to enhance talent insights
- Drive leadership coaching and develop a performance culture
- Facilitate collaboration across Centers of Excellence and cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- 15+ years in People & Culture or HR roles supporting technology-focused organizations
- Strong understanding of R&D cycles and AI technology
- Ability to leverage data analytics for strategic decision-making
- Executive presence to engage with senior leadership
- Promised experience leading organizational design and succession planning initiatives
