Sr. Director, HR Business Partner - Tech

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Director, HR Business Partner - Tech to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This senior HR leadership role will partner closely with executive leaders to shape people strategy in support of technology-facing business objectives. The position will translate enterprise priorities into talent, workforce, and succession plans that strengthen organizational capability and advance an inclusive culture. It will also help mitigate human capital risk, improve HR program effectiveness, and support strong recruiting and retention outcomes in a competitive market.
