About the role
The Sr. Director, Paid Search at Digital Matter is responsible for driving high-performing paid search campaigns that align with the company's overall marketing strategy. This role requires a deep understanding of PPC optimization, data analysis, and campaign management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid search strategies that meet business objectives and drive ROI.
- Manage and optimize multiple paid search accounts, including account setup, bid management, and ad copy creation.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing goals and strategies.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in paid search and digital marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in paid search management, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience managing multiple paid search accounts and optimizing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other major PPC platforms.
