About the role

The Sr. Director, Paid Search at Digital Matter is responsible for driving high-performing paid search campaigns that align with the company's overall marketing strategy. This role requires a deep understanding of PPC optimization, data analysis, and campaign management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid search strategies that meet business objectives and drive ROI.
  • Manage and optimize multiple paid search accounts, including account setup, bid management, and ad copy creation.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing goals and strategies.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in paid search and digital marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in paid search management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience managing multiple paid search accounts and optimizing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other major PPC platforms.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in a similar role.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and how they can be leveraged to enhance paid search campaigns.
