Sr Director, Operations Excellence

Responsibilities

• Identify areas for operational improvement, develop roadmaps, and lead cross-functional teams to implement best practices
• Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to measure the effectiveness of new initiatives and track financial or productivity savings
• Act as a change agent to drive the adoption of new workflows, platforms, and digital tools while ensuring company-wide buy-in
• Foster a company culture of continuous improvement by training teams on problem-solving methodologies
• Extract, consolidate, and analyze operational data from enterprise platforms to make informed decisions

Qualifications

• 10+ years in operations, project management, or process engineering
• Degree in engineering or relevant work experience
• Proficiency with operational and reporting tools such as Power BI, Advanced Excel, ERPs, and Dashboards
• Exceptional communication and the ability to influence cross-functional leaders without direct authority

• The salary range for this position is $184,260.01 - $307,649.07
