Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in HR or related field
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications
- Experience in employer solutions, recruitment, and talent acquisition
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and software
