Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in HR or related field
• Proven leadership and management skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

• Experience in employer solutions, recruitment, and talent acquisition
• Knowledge of HRIS systems and software
