Sr. Director - Microsoft Data & AI

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Director - Microsoft Data & AI to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This leader will guide a broad data and AI organization focused on delivering high-quality technical solutions and professional services outcomes. The role will set direction across teams supporting complex cloud, data, and AI engagements while strengthening delivery discipline and execution standards. This position will also partner closely with senior stakeholders to build scalable capabilities, develop leadership talent, and support workforce planning across the organization.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Pay

Compensation: $225,000 – $325,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Set and execute a unified direction for the AI and infrastructure organization
• Establish clear delivery standards and quality expectations across teams
• Lead and develop managers responsible for various technical solutions
• Ensure effective workforce planning and talent development
• Provide executive oversight for complex engagements spanning multiple areas

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology services, consulting, cloud, data, or AI
• 5+ years of experience leading managers or multi-discipline delivery organizations
• Proven success in building scalable professional services capabilities
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Fabric, Foundry, and security services
