About the role
This leader will own the growth agenda for the Tropicana Masterbrand across three complementary areas: 100% Juice, Juice Drinks, and Innovation.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of the Tropicana Masterbrand strategy across 100% Juice, Juice Drinks, and Innovation.
- Own brand and business performance, including brand equity, household penetration, volume, revenue, and profitability objectives.
- Develop breakthrough positioning, communications, and consumer engagement platforms that strengthen brand relevance and drive growth.
- Lead the end-to-end innovation agenda, from insight identification and concept development through commercialization and launch.
- Identify consumer, cultural, and marketplace trends to inform portfolio strategy, innovation priorities, and future growth opportunities.
- Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Insights, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to deliver exceptional customer and consumer outcomes.
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Champion modern marketing capabilities, leveraging data, analytics, technology, and evolving media channels to improve effectiveness.
- Lead agency partnerships and creative development to ensure world-class execution and brand stewardship.
- Manage marketing investments, agency governance, and resource allocation to maximize business impact.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive brand marketing experience within consumer packaged goods, food, beverage, or adjacent consumer industries.
- Proven track record leading large-scale consumer brands and delivering sustainable business growth.
- Experience developing brand strategy, innovation pipelines, integrated marketing campaigns, and commercial activation programs.
- Demonstrated ability to translate consumer insights into successful business, brand, and innovation strategies.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience managing P&Ls, budgets, forecasts, and business performance metrics.
- Proven ability to influence senior leadership and align diverse cross-functional stakeholders around a shared vision.
- Exceptional storytelling, communication, and presentation skills with experience presenting to executive leadership.
- Experience building, leading, and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong agency management experience, including creative development, media, production, and strategic partnerships.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
- Willingness to adapt and thrive in a blended work environment with 3-days in office, seamlessly transitioning between remote work and in-office operations.
- Willingness to relocate for the duration of employment if needed.

The salary range for this position is $181,000-$254,000.
