About the role

The Sr. Director, Integrated Marketing and Communications – HEYDUDE is responsible for shaping and delivering the marketing strategy for the HEYDUDE brand in the US across digital, wholesale, and retail channels. This role ensures a cohesive brand voice and strong connection between global brand strategy and market execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies in the US for the HEYDUDE brand that drive awareness, demand, and commercial results across channels and regions.
  • Lead the departments of Social, Influencer, Talent, Integrated Marketing, and Media, assuring clear and aligned implementation of marketing tactics.
  • Translate brand and business strategies into clear, actionable marketing plans and ensure alignment across brand, wholesale, retail, and digital touchpoints.
  • Partner closely with the in-house Creative team to deliver compelling marketing assets that align to brand strategy and drive awareness and conversion.
  • Collaborate with regional and channel marketing partners to ensure local execution ladders up to global brand priorities and seasonal GTM plans.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product & Merchandising, Digital, Sales, to incorporate insights, calendar milestones, and performance data into marketing plans.
  • Set KPIs and success metrics for integrated campaigns; monitor performance, share insights, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Manage budgets, processes, and timelines to ensure efficient execution while identifying opportunities to streamline operations and reduce friction.
  • Lead, coach, and develop high-performing marketing leaders and teams; foster a collaborative, inclusive, and growth-oriented team culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 12+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within a global, multi-channel consumer brand environment.
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience, including managing managers or senior individual contributors.
  • Strong experience in integrated marketing, including brand, wholesale, retail, and digital marketing.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in a highly matrixed, cross-functional organization.
  • Experience partnering with creative teams and managing external agency relationships.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, including paid media, influencers, organic social, and performance-based marketing.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with experience managing operating budgets and translating strategy into executional plans.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize consumer insights, performance data, and social analytics into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Collaborative leadership style with strong communication skills and executive presence.
  • Adaptability and comfort navigating ambiguity while driving results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Consumer-centric mindset with a passion for brand building, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Pay

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. The salary range for this role is $222,000 - $232,000.

Schedule

This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona. This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program. This position is eligible for company benefits including but not limited to medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and AD&D, short and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program that includes company match, and many other additional voluntary benefits.
