Sr Director Integrated Business Planning

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Director Integrated Business Planning to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This leader will own an enterprise-wide integrated business planning function that aligns sales, operations, finance, and supply chain priorities. The role is focused on building a disciplined planning process that improves visibility, strengthens decision-making, and supports more agile execution in a complex operational environment. It will also partner closely with cross-functional leaders to create a unified view of demand, supply, and financial outcomes. Location: Sparks, NV - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $221,505 – $304,570 annually Responsibilities Develop and implement a tailored Sales & Operations Planning strategy. Facilitate cross-functional decision-making to create a shared integrated plan. Drive scenario planning and risk assessments to maintain agility. Monitor S&OP performance metrics and initiate continuous improvement. Establish a single source of truth for enterprise planning data. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field. 15+ years of experience in business operations, program planning, or supply chain, with 8+ years in a leadership role. Strong business analytical skills and experience in financial planning & analysis, program finance, or similar analytics roles. Demonstrated leadership abilities including change management and team development. Expertise with CRM, ERP, MRP, FP&A systems and advanced planning analytics.
