Sr. Director Global Strategic Sourcing - Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing sourcing and analytics team
• Create and execute sourcing strategies across global and regional categories
• Manage key supplier relationships to ensure performance and value
• Engage with stakeholders to align procurement processes and strategies
• Develop tools and processes to assess market conditions and performance

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and coaching
• Proven track record in strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management
• Expertise in risk management and regulatory compliance
• Ability to analyze and model supply chain data for informed decision-making
• Familiarity with sustainability practices and responsible sourcing

Pay

$220,700 – $353,100 annually
