Sr Director, Financial Systems

About the role

This leader will own the financial systems strategy and architecture supporting a modern finance organization, with a focus on scalable quote-to-cash, revenue recognition, and controllership processes. The role will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, IT, and operational stakeholders to ensure the systems stack supports growth, strong internal controls, and audit readiness. In this position, you will also build and guide a high-performing team while driving implementations, integrations, and vendor management across the finance technology ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and architecture for the financial systems stack
• Serve as the systems owner for quote-to-cash and revenue recognition
• Lead system implementations, upgrades, and integrations
• Ensure strong internal controls and audit-readiness
• Build and manage a team of systems analysts and administrators
• Manage vendor relationships across the technology stack

Qualifications

• 10+ years in financial systems or ERP leadership
• 4+ years in a senior management role
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP
• Experience with Salesforce, Metronome, Ramp, and/or FloQast preferred
• Familiarity with usage-based billing and revenue recognition under ASC 606
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
• CPA, MBA, or relevant certifications preferred

Compensation

$220,000 – $240,000 annually
